The intended use for our "proof of funds" letter is to offer proof to the necessary parties involved in your ìA-to-Bî real estate transactions that you are pre-qualified to purchase real estate when doing a back-to-back closing.

You may only use our proof of funds letters when making offers to purchase real estate when doing a back to back closings with a qualified end-buyer ("B-to-C") in place.
